The facility is designed to support a wide range of operations, including machining, fabrication, and assembly on the shop floor.
It also houses dedicated areas for glass inspection and storage, unitized panel glazing assembly, and a well-organized aluminium warehouse for both inspection and storage.
The logistics section handles efficient packing and dispatch, ensuring smooth product delivery, while our corporate office oversees all administrative functions.

FOM Blitz Alva 500 - CNC Double Saw Cutting
Double head sawing machine with frontal blades, motorized movement of the mobile head and electropneumatic control of the head tilting. Ø 500 mm tungsten carbide blades.
Fenstek DSD500 - UPVC Window Double Saw Cutting
The Double Head Saw Machine cuts aluminum, window materials, and plastic profiles with high precision using 500mm carbide saw blades. It features accurate feeding, automated control for precise cuts, and safe, large-height cutting with upward blade motion.
LGF Alu Machinery - Alfa Notching Saw
The machine is fully enclosed with a sawing carriage that slides on recirculating ball bearings for smooth operation. It has a 700mm cylinder stroke and adjustable feeding speed (4-10 m/min). The blades tilt ±45° via a hand wheel, allowing for cuts at any intermediate angle. The working bench height and depth are adjustable with hand wheels, and the fence tilts at 45°, 90°, and -45° angles.
